Refer a new candidate, who is placed in a position by PerSé, and receive $250 when they've completed their first 240 hours on assignment or 30 days in a direct hire position. The new candidate will also receive $250 once they’ve completed 240 hours on assignment or 30 days in a direct hire position. A new candidate is defined as an individual who is not currently in Per Sé’s database and may only be referred by one (1)individual. Should a referral be submitted more than once, PerSé will honor the first referring party only.
